At its best, design embodies the playful creation of "new knowledge" with other people- whether it be other designers, cross-disciplinary team members, or the end-user.
I have experience designing user-centric solutions in physical and digital spaces, with work experience in corporate and medical consulting environments helping me develop an understanding of the wide range of challenges associated with designing a product for market.
When not at work, you can find me getting my hands greasy on my latest bike build, or searching the Washington Trails Association website to plan for my next overnight backpacking adventure.

Class lead for a cooperative project with the executive leadership of Acer North America Marketing division. Responsibilities included managing relationship with the client through email and bi-weekly check- ins, drafting and negotiating project brief and deliverables, organizing internal project schedule and facilitating team organization.

Summer internship working on medical products for the European market in Eyecare and ICU equipment. Roles included research, ideation/ synthesis, identifying requirements based on regulatory product specifications, CAD modeling, user flows, designing graphical user interfaces.
